Lilly Glass Akoto is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the mental health field since 1990. She has worked with myriad clientele, both individuals and families, impacted by trauma. She currently has a private practice called Looking In ~ Looking Out, LLC where she serves individuals, couples, groups and families. She also provides clinical supervision to both those seeking licensure and those who request general clinical direction. 

Lilly is an avid volunteer and for the past four years, has been with The Dougy Center serving children and families who have experienced the loss of a loved one, and Adoption Mosaic serving children, youth, families, professionals and communities concerned about adoption issues.
